Support will replace the defective product. The display is not visible!

Update: I was contacted by the company's support team and offered to replace the faulty transmitter with a new one. Glad to get a new one so I can compare the two. The company cares about the customer and wants us to be happy with their product. Which is very important to me. Can't read the display because the blue color doesn't show in the car. I tried to install it blindly on the station but it never works. I would return it if I could. I would not recommend anyone to buy this item.
