Review on Zwilling J Henckels 30070 103 Paring by Lauren Smith

This is a great paring knife. I have had many different lines of Zwilling knives over the years and they recommend hand washing them. I believe you should follow these instructions to keep them looking new. I will say that these Twin Four Star II knives are probably the best in the dishwasher. As far as I know they are autoclavable. I've washed them in the dishwasher many times and they still look brand new, which is not the case with my Kroniduras. This paring knife is sharp, stays sharp and is the perfect length for paring. Very well balanced and easy to hold. Every kitchen should have one. They are expensive but of good quality.
