Purchased for use on 1989/1990 Mustangs as listed in the Ford Factory Repair Manual. For these years there are several options for racks and gears that are installed from the factory. If you have a one piece aluminum case then this tool is not needed, there is no pin. The inner ends of the tie rod are simply unscrewed with sufficient torque.
