Inflation failed because the pump has a leak, looks like the hose is connected to the pump, or somewhere in the handle, or maybe where the pressure gauge is. Didn't try to fully inflate when I noticed the pump didn't show any PSI at all (due to a leak) but was able to as it still took a lot of effort to inflate but didn't want to over inflate if I had to return It's just a pump defect (I really hope not. The pump is cheap and if I have to return the whole product I will ask for a refund and switch to another brand) Update - I was offered to buy another pump ( they sent all the information) that will arrive in 2 weeks and is not the main thing. They reimbursed me for the cost of it. Impractical and unconventional but I'll be back to update as soon as it's available and I can use the items.
