After ordering and receiving the wrong product I was a bit skeptical but I have to say I was pleased when the company gave me the sent real hair. Hair of excellent texture, not tangled. The color is a little more burgundy than expected, I wish it was a little more mixed, but overall I'm satisfied. They have fast shipping and a good product.
