At first glance, parts look like branded parts and are installed that way. However, there is a flaw in the main roller's performance that causes it to constantly bind and seize, which means the vacuum stops and the motor burns out over time. It got worse. It first worked for about 30 minutes before shutting down. Now it jams every minute or two. We just had to go back to an old Shark roller and throw it away as it didn't work.
