I find the handle a bit short but I like the big slots. My sieve pan isn't very efficient, so I often have to shake/distribute the granules by hand. It's MUCH easier with a bigger shovel and bigger holes. Significantly speeds up cleaning. But I don't think I would use this if you're using standard tonal/lump media. But. to be honest you shouldn't. It's bad for you, your cat, the environment, and it's expensive. It can also kill germs. Switch to pellet filler and make your life MUCH easier - and grab that scoop for even better results.
