I recently came across the Hawser Cross Urn Ash Necklace from Glimkis Cremation Jewelry and while I've had positive experiences with it, there were a few downsides. Let's start with the good: the stainless steel pendant is solid and well-made, and the design of the cross is elegant without being overbearing. The necklace also comes with a tiny funnel to easily transfer the ashes into the urn, which I really liked. However, there were a few things that didn't work for me. First, the pendant is quite heavy, which can make it uncomfortable to wear for a long time. Second, there is a small screw at the top of the urn that is difficult to loosen, making access to the ashes inside difficult. Overall I give the Hawser Cross urn necklace 3 stars out of 5. It is a beautiful and meaningful piece of jewelry but the weight and difficult access to the ashes mar the overall impression.
