Review on Novogratz Brittany Bar Cabinet Walnut by Candice Lopez

When I received the Novogratz turntable stand I was a little dismayed to see that one of the corners of the box was bent, presumably because someone had dropped it. I was immediately concerned that my turntable's stand had been damaged or destroyed in transit. When I opened the box, I felt relieved that only the corner of the back panel was broken off (not even visible when assembled). Luckily I was able to set up and use my stand. The assembly was easy and uncomplicated. If you've ever collected anything from Ikea, you already know what it's about. The stand itself is pretty sturdy, not too heavy, and fits in well with my setup. The drawer opens quite easily, but could open more gently. At the same time, it fits perfectly into the room. It has many records and 45s. I can keep my wireless headphones in my desk drawer. In general, the stand meets my needs. Unfortunately, getting a replacement back panel wasn't great. Customer service was friendly and attentive and they were very helpful in identifying the model and part number. I received a confirmation email that my new backplane has been ordered. However, after two weeks there was no further communication, so naturally I was curious as to what happened to my order. I called customer service to find out my part was still in stock! It has not yet been sent; no indication when will be sent. Customer service mentioned that it can take a week or two to get to me after it's shipped (whatever that is). Luckily only the corner of the back panel was damaged so it isn't visible (and I use a stand). In the end, this is a decent stand that looks pretty good. Just pray yours isn't damaged because chances are it won't be fixed in time.
