Review on Cangshan X Series 59144 Santoku Knife - 7-Inch, German Steel Forged by Erika Martinez

I've been using this knife for a few weeks, I think it's great and it quickly became my favorite. The handle has a modern look and is comfortable to hold, although most of the time I use a claw grip when cutting. The knife was very sharp right out of the box. Due to the excellent price-performance ratio, this knife can be recommended without reservation. I got it on sale for <$30. I might consider buying the rest of the set if I need it. To update. I've been using this knife for a few months now, it holds its edge very well and I use it for most cutting tasks rather than the handle chef's knife I have. It's much sharper. It feels very light and the blade is thin. Definitely good value for money. I'm considering buying the chef's knife version as I'm not happy with the handle I have every time I use it.
