A gift and not a user, but...

, but the recipient cannot speak highly enough about these knives. He loves the block, the heaviness of the steel in the knives, he says they feel so solid in his hand. I originally chose them for a gift because of the included santoku knife. This is the knife I use the most in my knife set. Let's see how they hold up.
