Very wrinkled and doesn't fit

I like the patterns but the sheets are very wrinkled and easy to remove from the mattress. I wanted to use them for my baby but I can't because if she sleeps on them they could either fall out of the mattress or there could be a suffocation hazard if she rolls over. I really regret the purchase.
