The raincoat is not adjustable, but the scissors are good.
Does a good job, the scissors were sharp when they arrived and they cut my son's hair well. I'm glad I don't have to pay $20 every 2 weeks to cut his hair and he's not even two years old. I cut his hair three times and had no trouble with it not fading at all. The only complaint I have is that the raincoat is not adjustable. The hole is too big to stay on his neck and it just falls off so I won't be able to use it until he's an adult.
