Works great but try resetting your TV first to see if you really need a new remote.
My original remote stopped working so I bought a replacement remote and it worked. I thought it broke after two years so I bought a second one but these were issues with the TV responding to the remote control. The remote control itself has worked great so far. Before replacing the remote control, unplug the TV, press and hold the power button on the TV for 30 seconds, and then try again. The TV may need to be restarted. But if you need a new remote control, it works just like the one that came with your LG TV.
