Used for the "Glow in the Dark" children's party. Arrived quickly and well packaged. All the colors glowed really well and we got some cool shots with and without the UV light. The paint was NOT watery or sticky. It dries quickly and is relatively easy to wash out. Most importantly, nobody had an allergic reaction (despite people with sensitive skin). The only thing that bothered me was the very strong chemical smell of chalk. Due to the smell, I was very afraid that the color would cause a skin reaction, but luckily that didn't happen. I recommend!
