Beautiful knife on cutlery and knife accessories
I bought a Dexter Russell fish filleting knife about 30 years ago and use it daily not only for butchering fish but also for general trimming in the kitchen. Knife. It still holds a razor sharp edge with minimal sharpening. So I decided to buy their chef's knife and it seems to be of the same quality as a timeless filleting knife. The price was reasonable, shipping was fast, and I can cut a piece of paper like it's a razor. I am a happy camper with this knife. Have used it to chop veggies a few times now and it goes right through them as if they weren't even there.
