EDIT - The company was incredibly professional and really cares about their customers by contacting me. A replacement brush was sent out promptly and it actually works as well if not better than my ABH brush. The new brush has a firmer texture and less dense bristles. This allowed me to get the sharp edge I needed when applying my brows and it didn't soak up the product. FIRST REVIEW. I needed a new brush for my Wunderbrow Gel as my ABH #12 brush finally went to heaven. I needed another brow gel and saw this brush on the product page. I noticed the reviews were good so I decided to give it a try. Arrived quickly in 2 days, very well packaged. I applied some brow gel to the palette and started picking it up with this brush. There was almost no product left on my eyebrows. Tried again and same result. What seems to be happening is that the brush picks up a HUGE amount of product without leaving anything behind. I cannot understand why this is so. I wiped the brush with a tissue and it was brimming with brow gel but it just wouldn't put it on my brows :-( It could be a great ABH brow brush but it doesn't work with a more liquid consistency. Product A shame because this is a really well made brush.
