really great. Get rid of my bulky wooden knife block. It's worth freeing up space on my chosen countertop not to attach it to a cabinet door or "duct tape" to the wall. Instead, I attached three neodymium (rare earth) magnets to the back with clear "packing tape" and attached it to the side of my fridge so it was removable. If I ever decide to back it up some other way, I can. It sits flat against the fridge, the knives are accessible (I don't have kids) which is great. I love it so much I will be donating all my other knives and buying a set just for this one. Would buy another one! However, keep away from children! The only thing that would be better would be if it had a transparent plastic front panel (I plan to make one for that). If children poke around in it, they COULD stick their fingers in the front and possibly cut themselves. them on the blades (so be careful). That's ONE good reason to install it out of the reach of little fingers.
