Very sharp, works very well and is nicely designed
I have put my 4 pets on a raw diet and needed a solid butcher knife that can cut hearty meat and bone. I am also a lover of all things beautiful. This knife fits! It's SO sharp and comes with a handy sharpener. I could cut pork necks, I was sure I could never cut them into smaller pieces. I am very happy with my purchase.
