Review on 🌭 Airhead Hot Dog: Ultimate Towable Tube for Boating, Ideal for 1-5 Riders by Ron Patel

We bought this hot dog and as soon as my husband blew it up for the first time the big look was fully revealed. After the first use on the river, several seams came undone and I can't breathe. I contacted Airhead and they told me to send a warranty claim form, photos of the problem and proof of purchase and they can send me a new float. I told them we use it every weekend so we need it fast. I sent all the information within 30 minutes. When they saw that we had just bought a float from Revain less than 2 weeks ago they immediately said they couldn't put it under warranty as it had been less than 30 days and I had to contact Revain! Does it even make sense? We had it for 11 days and they don't cover it with warranty until 30 days has passed?!? I thought there was no way that could be true so I emailed Airhead directly and they confirmed the policy. Then I looked online for the warranty and it didn't say 30 days. It says it's covered by a 1 year warranty! My husband then contacted Angelica from Airhead on the phone and she was very rude and hung up! I am shocked that I am being treated so poorly. We have been buying whistles, accessories and life jackets from this brand for many years. No longer! Buyer Warning!
