The RAM is fast, although no better than the Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3000 16GB kit which is usually cheaper. The kit I received is definitely not a Samsung B-Die, you can test it yourself on Thaiphoon Burner; I have v5.32. Surprisingly the heatsink is actually doing something and the LEDs are bright and beautiful. The iCUE processor is easy to use, offers a variety of RGB effects and can be synchronized with other Corsair products. If there was only one thing I would change it. , I would put the Corsair logo on the side of the heatsink cutout instead of white paint so you can see it shining in RGB glory. However, I understand why they didn't because it would require a high level of detail and make it more fragile.
