The thing doesn't cut, just pulls the hair out of the root
There are blades, check, noise, check, but actually it doesn't cut anything. Your hair will get caught in the blades and then be pulled out when you move the clippers away from your head Human hair will not be cut. I called support after they hung up one day they couldn't explain why this thing wasn't working. Really disappointing given the long shipping and return times these days (and I need a haircut). I don't understand, I'm not sure what's going on - it should be easy, huh? The support team is ignorant (maybe I am too, but they should know what they are doing).
