You can buy much stronger mounts but why would you when a smaller one will do? TV installed was a 65 -" LG OLED which was pretty light at around 60 pounds and this mount easily does the job of supporting it. What I really liked was all the different standoffs and mounting screws that came with it to sort out to successfully mount almost any TV with a VESA mount. And it has a tilt that we ended up not using, although I recommended it to my daughter at the time.
