I bought these to replace some old tools and found them to work much better than store bought ones. When it came time to cut the squash for the first time, these tools were a lot easier, especially when it came to coring the seeds and everything inside out. The scoop works much better than using other spoons or scoops that come with our Halloween pumpkin carving tools. Not only did it get the seeds out quicker and inside, it also allowed me to peel the insides of the squashes to make sure they were smooth and clean. When it comes to cutting out small parts, these tools are very precise and don't cut too much, especially when I'm trying to cut out small parts. Great tool set, very easy to clean. The best thing about this set is that it comes with a carrying case that makes it easy to store the knives without losing any of them.
