This is a good pulley system, maybe the best on the market but insanely expensive for a small amount Plastic, cables and a handful of screws. However, be aware that this cord will shrink significantly if it gets wet and then dries in the hot sun. I had to shorten the line and use a thicker rope with a bit more stretch as this system doesn't absorb shock. And that's fine, because it fits snugly into the kayak's body to reduce noise compared to bungee-style carts. The stealth reels wiggle and have a low profile to avoid snagging on lines.
