Review on NOYITO AC to DC 9V 6A Isolated Power Supply Module with Overcurrent & Short-Circuit Protection - 54W Peak 8A - Blue by Zachary Caldwell

Since the photos of the product don't show any trace of the output on the board, I checked the comments to see if the voltage rails are isolated from each other. The seller replied that it is, but in the device I just received the GND/Return buses are tied together. It is isolated from the network, but the rails are NOT isolated from each other. I may still be able to use this device, but now I need to redesign the whole circuit for more safety and extra isolation.
