review update 3/23/21 I ended up sending them back, they were all very very loose after wearing them for about a week. Although I've already reduced the size to 5. You can reduce the size by 2 sizes. It will most likely be tight, but after a week or so it will stretch a lot more than other silicone rings. First review below: I've been wearing them for about a week. As long as I like it It's far more comfortable than any of my signature Enso, Groove or Qalo rings and is very breathable. If your size is 1/2, order one size smaller. Silicone rings stretch a little. My ring size is 5.5, I ordered 4.5-5, fits perfectly like a glove.
