I have a 4a(5g) pixel and it's too heavy to use as a tripod. I bought this specifically to use with my Zoom meeting popsocket and it just doesn't work in every position. My partner is an engineer and even he said this product just wouldn't work as a tripod. If you're buying it to wrap your arms around something small (but not too small) and sturdy, it's probably a little better. But whatever you pack, it's better to be Goldilocks. However, it attaches well to the popsocket. That's it.
