Review on Efficient and Convenient Shop Garage Electric Heater: Dr. Infrared Heater DR-975 7500-Watt 240-Volt Hardwired, Remote Controlled Thermostat, Wall/Ceiling Mounted by Agustin Conner

I highly recommend this heater and the company that supplies the product. When first installed, at high power the heater turned off after 2-3 minutes, at low it worked normally. When I called the manufacturer, on the 2nd or 3rd call my call was answered by someone who was really able to help me. After talking about the issue, I was asked if I would mind changing the board. As the heater was mounted on a solid wire I agreed and the board arrived in 3 days. Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. When I called back, my call was answered on the 2nd or 3rd ring and I was able to speak to the same person. He said they would send me a new unit which arrived in 3 days and the new one works fine. The heater generates a lot of heat and the fan is very quiet at both high and low speeds. I don't write reviews but the service I received was honest.
