I thought they had a lot of threads inside because I thought they were more knotted but they are regular fabric. Nothing sticks there. Really nice. I'll take a smaller one too. Perfect for my purpose and the colors are very nice. cotton lace. There's nothing "tasteless" about them. Great for gifts or shopping for clients - I make sun catchers.
