Review on 🎩 Tru-Spec Men's Gen-II Adjustable Boonie Hat for All-Weather Protection and Perfect Fit by David Hayden

I already have a 7 3/4 100% cotton hat from Propper which fits well and is comfortable but doesn't have the extra room as it shrinks over time. As a result, I bought this buni hoping it would have a maximum size of 8 to allow for future shrinkage. Unfortunately, it seems to fit a maximum of 7 3/4, and while it fits fine now, it doesn't have any extra room. So anyone looking for anything over a size 7 3/4 should skip these. While the hat's construction is good, the material feels relatively flimsy and brittle, giving the hat a cheap look and an overly flexible feel. In contrast, the 100% cotton Propper Bonie has a thicker and stiffer material (especially the brim) and a feel very close to real life. The bottom line is that I will wear this adjustable Tru-Spec cap and expect it to work, but would happily purchase another 100% cotton Propper cap instead.
