I bought one many years ago before buying new ones this year, let me say the old one was a little battered and fell off the second floor. Water fell and the hidden system they got is perfect. Also, I accidentally fell out of a moving car, my little dog used it as a chew toy for a few minutes (before that, I lost 7 regular USBs because of my crazy dog). but this old one is still perfect and working. I am ordering TWO new ones because these new ones have more storage capacity, my old one still works like new but its capacity is very small compared to the new ones and I love it! They're also smaller than older versions, making them more portable. but same quality. The quality of the product is high, excellent workmanship, fast USB connection, in general yes, if you want something safe and durable, you better buy this. I use it specifically for a standalone OS, I encrypted it and used it as storage as well (YES I'm a geek) so yeah folks if you're looking for a secure, portable, waterproof device, this is one of the amazing options. 100/100 recommended
