Contacted Anker to find a solution but as I bought a refurbished pair the defect was not covered under warranty. In general, I like the products from Anker very much and am very disappointed with them. The sound was very good for the price. But over time, the headphones could no longer receive a test only during calls. At first I liked them so much that I bought a pair for my wife; She has the same defect problem. *** UPDATE (November 18, 2020) *** Anchor has sent an email requesting a resolution and fix for the issue listed above. To correct the problem identified, Anker supplied a pair of Liberty 2s as replacements. So far these replacement headphones sound great and work well for listening to music, podcasts, video audio and taking calls. Anker once again does everything it can to provide unparalleled customer service. 5 stars for customer service from Anker. 1 star for the original Soundcore Life P2. Average rating 3 stars.
