1. I want to start with the cutting board itself. We chose a universal maple cutting board, 17" x 13" x 1.5". A real cutting board is great! It's the perfect size for our countertop and is nice and heavy so you know they're using quality wood but not too heavy and difficult to work with. and it comes with great features like a cracker groove on one side so you can use it as a sausage board. Now for the best part of this product. Your customer service is second to none! I emailed the company about a minor fee issue and they responded very quickly. They even gave me recommendations on what type of oil to use for maintenance (not their own product they were trying to sell). A few months later I emailed the company again about an unusual defect I found in the board and a week later I had a brand new board on my doorstep! Now how great is that! They genuinely listen to the concerns of each of their customers and genuinely stand behind their products! You can't ask for more in the company! I would definitely recommend this product or any other product this wonderful little company has to offer!
