I bought the Biotin Revitalizing Shampoo and Conditioner because I wanted to breathe new life into my dull, thinning hair without adding too many chemicals. I did some research and read reviews promising great results, so I decided to give it a try. At first I wasn't impressed. I have short shoulder length hair and I usually use very little shampoo so I started with a small amount of biotin. My hair got wet, I followed the massage directions and added more water as needed, but there was no lather. This didn't bother me though as I'm used to using low stool shampoos that don't lather too much. What bothered me was that the hair remained greasy even after drying. After this happened a second time, I asked support for advice and got an immediate response (I was very surprised). She advised me to use more shampoo (at least a quarter a size), make sure my hair is damp enough while adding more water to get a lather and massage it in. I did this and noticed results immediately. After drying, the hair became silky, soft and shiny. No more grease stains! I look forward to continuing to improve the health of my hair with continued use of this product!
