With this teapot, even the smallest tea won't spill out of the holder. I let it sit for at least 5-10 minutes and then shake to mix. It snaps into place with this bracket and easily detaches with the handle on the strainer. I get the strongest tea with this brewer and I really like it. The included bracket keeps the condensation inside and not on my desk. The crystals that come with it give it a great touch and I'm not sure if it's tea or crystals but I feel better drinking from it. Overall this is my favorite infusion solution and I use it 2-3 times a day.
