This could be a perfectly good magnetic mount, but I want to stress that this mount is NOT compatible with Apple MagSafe. It's much smaller and comes with its own magnetic plate that needs to be inserted into the case for the mount to work. The mounting plate blocks MagSafe or Qi wireless charging. From the description, I had a hard time understanding that it's a smaller proprietary magnet system (about half the diameter of the Apple MagSafe mount). If you're looking for a mount that works with the MagSafe ecosystem, then this is NOT the mount for you. Without the included metal plate, the mount will not support the iPhone through the MagSafe case or directly. This system only uses Apple's built-in magnets and does not provide enough support to keep the iPhone 13 Pro stationary, let alone a moving vehicle. If you're looking for a compact mount and don't care about wireless charging or using MagSafe, this mount might be for you.
