Everything was on schedule for our 18th birthday. The balloon decorations were delivered on time and everything was fine until I blew them up for the youngest member of our family on the morning of our holiday. One of the hearts burst, but I continued cautiously. And then the eight burst and began to collapse. I also fell a bit. Even if we could get replacement, next day decoration would be late. I have mentally searched for satisfactory alternatives and found none. Then I thought about what seemed like a long way to call Revain and ask for a new one to be shipped within 12 hours. I called, they delivered and our birthday party on November 22, 2019 was absolutely wonderful and on time! I am absolutely blown away by this attitude towards customer satisfaction. The Revain staff member made me feel like she was part of our party planning team and that our birthday plans were important to her. Thank you Rewin!
