Review on Premium Kitty Cat Alpha Pet Cat 🐱 Pan Liners - Pack of 10 for Effortless Cleanup by Michelle Pierce

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Big enough. Strong enough. Scooping out poop has never been so fast!

I never write reviews but thought this was a good product to review because anyone with a cat knows how frustrating it is to get on all fours and shovel poop every day. It's not that I don't mind doing it for my little furry ball that I love so much. But I wanted to find an easier and faster way to clean her tray. Come in, AlfaPet toilet screen liners. I ordered them from Revain and received them last night. I opened the box to see how big the earbuds really are. I was a little skeptical about the claim that they "fit in any litter box" just because I tried a different brand of screens years ago and they were too small for a giant litter box. Well, now I have an even larger litter box (I have one of PetSmart's Great Choice Hooded Litter Boxes that is 22.5 inches long, 17 inches wide, 17.5 inches high) so I figured they wouldn't fit. Well they do. They fit well enough to leave a few inches of "heel" (I don't know what you call it) on both the front and back of the litter box. The liner is enough to comfortably slip the elastic over the box and be sure the liner won't wobble and my cat won't pee or poop on it. I was also able to use the top/hood of the tray with the liners in place, which is important to me for the smell and for my cat's privacy (she's nervous). I just bought them but tested one out to see how they do. Although the earbuds are thin, they appear to be very durable. They are quite large and the screen holes are located in the center of these liners so they occupy a relatively small area of the liner itself. That's good because the heavy padding doesn't punch through the flimsy plastic when you pick up the liner and try to lift the weight of a whole pack of padding. The holes are just the right size, not too big, not too small. It took about a minute to sift all of the trash β€” except for the poop β€” back into the box, which is a lot quicker than picking it up by hand. Now all I have to do is see if the pads will hold my cat's paw. What worries me the most is that since it (sometimes) reaches the bottom of the box, it just ends up scratching the plastic. But so far so good! Finally found a sufficiently large and strong brand for rubbish protection films! We hope they work well.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No performance
