I have been using these filters for a few years and my coffee maker adjusts without any problems. In the current box that I received, 50% of the filters failed with a failure at the bottom of the filter, which not only resulted in the loss of the filter, but also the coffee being ground at the bottom of the coffee post. This has clearly become a somewhat costly and frustrating problem. I contacted the company about this issue and they immediately said that these filters should not be used with coffee dispensing systems. I have informed them that not only have I been using the filters for several years with the same intake system with no problems, but the packaging also states that the filters may not be suitable for use with SOME intake systems. Nowhere in the description does it say they cannot be used with any pouring system. The company asked me to send them my receipt, photos of the box etc which I did and said they would send me a voucher to order another box of filters. I asked how the voucher would work if I ordered them online through Revain etc and they told me I could order them directly through their website. I figured I'd wait for the coupon to arrive to see how much it would cost before discussing shipping costs with them as their product is now clearly unreliable and defective. And so I got a voucher. The way this company believes proper customer service works to support their product for a customer who has so far lost 50% of their filters due to a defect, as well as expensive freshly ground coffee in their defective filters that end up of the coffee pot, a voucher for 75 cents must be sent. Read other reviews. There are enough other people who had the same problem with these filters. There are other brands that don't have this problem and don't waste money and coffee.
