Love all the Riedel glasses we have purchased. To me, they strike the right balance of "class" and practicality. I really like stemless glasses. However, I've found that I prefer smaller glasses, regardless of whether it's the "right" glass for my type of wine or not. They're a little big for my taste, but the contour still helps the hand find a comfortable grip. For some reason I expected them to be "prettier" than they are. Maybe I just have to get used to them. I would still choose any Riedel wine glass over any other because they have the "feel" of an expensive glass, but I don't cry when I break it.
