Burnt hair and bad design!
As a beauty enthusiast, I was disappointed in this straightener. As a result of my tests, I determined that it was a huge letdown. The heating plates burned my hair and the design is just awkward to use. While it did straighten my hair, it was not worth the damage it caused.
