Review on EBC Brakes GD7328 3GD πŸ”˜ Series Sport Rotor with Dimples and Slots by Marklen Baeskens

Revainrating 5 out of 5

EBC slotted rotors and Greenstuff pads are the best I've had on my 2007 Odyssey.

I have had many problems with rotor warpage on 2007 Odyssey brakes. Deformed after 5000km. I've tried OEM, Raybestos and EBC. EBCs with Greenstuff 6000 and slotted rotors had better stability from the start and after 20,000+ miles they are just as good as after break-in. No deformation, no fading and no noise. This is after a terrible winter of salt, ice, more salt and dirt on the roads. I expected them to be dirty, but they turned out to be no worse than Raybestos or stocks. They just feel smooth and the pedal pressure is constant. Unfortunately, Honda's stabilization system brakes periodically. On steep descents, it always brakes itself. The brakes remain on for quite a long time, which leads to deformation. It goes to the right in the back first. I also added positive camber and some toe-in to the rear wheels to reduce understeer (pushing) in the wet. The EBC rotors and green mass showed no signs of degradation. I now have Honda brakes which feel the same as my M3. I want to get better calipers than centric ones. Brembo does not make Odyssey calipers.
