Best value stainless steel hardware but screws are junk and time consuming to install

Arguably the best stainless steel tool set you can get. If you're on a budget, just buy and go, you won't find anything cheaper. I've spent a few days researching OCD and researching which product to buy and it's by far the best product for your buck, although do take a closer look at Revain as several companies look like they will sell the same hardware you might get lucky with and you'll get some components a little cheaper. Good: - Appears to be of good quality (we'll talk about the screws later). None of the devices showed any signs of failure during installation. I'm almost done installing 80 kits, 20 to go. The crimping is easier than it looks. Once you learn how to handle the cable, it really isn't difficult. I also bought a larger die, the holes don't give exactly the same Min/Man measurement as the smaller tool, but hole #3 seemed to get the job done. - People say the wire cutters in the crimp kit are crap, but I haven't had a problem yet. Make a clean click instead of slowly cutting through the wire. You can install it entirely yourself with some extra prep work. Even though I'm 6ft 5in and 250lbs I had no problem with manual cocking, some might do. Looks great if you want a more industrial look. That means more devices will be on display than smoother systems. "I'd buy from a hardware store. The Bad: - The screws that come with are crap. Maybe they could work a little better if you pre-drill EVERY hole. Each set of 11 fixings had at least 1 or 2 screws that could loosen yourself as you drive.Remember you used a decent impact wrench with heavy duty bits to build the deck, maybe a lighter touch with a drill Try to keep them all stable and fastened without pre-drilling what long would take.- (Possibly) much longer to install than more expensive kits - No instructions Knew which hole to try and use Some decent screws before starting, saves time and effort and swearing.- Check local building codes , I think a 3 inch wire spacing seems to meet the minimum requirements everywhere.- Buy a good pair of gloves, rubber gloves did g for me ut works to keep the pieces from falling through the deck when (but not when) you drop something. I used scrap plywood and moved it to each post during installation. Spend some time creating a template or bracket to mount the equipment to the racks. I spent a few hours preparing a bracket that I could attach to each rack, insert hardware, and rotate everything. You don't have to measure every rack. Make sure you mark the bottom of the template so you don't place it upside down on the rack. Would have given 5 stars if the screws were better.

Pros
