I bought this to put in the back of my van for my 5 year old son to help with airflow as there are no rear vents. He totally loves it! He can also set the fan to 3 different airflow levels or switch it off with the push of a button. I have a 12v power socket at the back of the car which I connected to an extension cord with 3 12v sockets and 2 usb sockets. I plugged it into a USB port and used the command bar to keep the speed button near his car seat where he could reach it. I attached the fan to the window next to it with a suction cup. I'm a lucky mom and I'm sure he doesn't overheat in his seat because he doesn't have to wait that long for the air conditioner to reach the back of the van on a super hot day.
