I used it once and it worked fine. I have followed all the instructions. The second time I used the vacuum, it kept telling me to empty the dirty water tank or fill up the clean water tank. The recovery tank is clean and the solution tank is full, but it still doesn't work. Tried to recalibrate but didn't help. They were supposed to send me a new recovery tank but it still hasn't arrived and I only have a week to return the vacuum if it doesn't work :/ I don't want to be stuck with a broken $200+ if anything - It will not work.
