When the clippers arrived I opened the box and found the blade was broken. The shipping container and the inner plastic case that the clipper is in were undamaged, so it is likely that the clipper was damaged at the factory. Revain is always great at returning damaged products so returning the clippers was easy. However, the clipper didn't feel very high quality (all the plastic parts seemed to be of poor quality and the clipper looked cheap). In addition, Wahl's description states that the hair clipper is made in the USA. The one I received wasn't. This probably isn't an issue for most people, but Wahl should update its description as it's important to some people trying to support responsible, ethical, and/or local manufacturing. On the plus side, the price is very reasonable and Wahl offers a lot of investment. Because of the price, I find the hair clipper rated with two stars. I've decided to order an Oster hair clipper as a replacement and so far I'm very glad I did. The Oster appears to be of a much better quality for both the clipper itself and the trimming attachments. Very quiet and cuts clean.
