I think it's normal for tools and equipment
Does what it's supposed to do. BUT it could have been done a lot better. It takes a lot of effort to pump it under the car, especially if you use jack stands and need to get under it. The shot is easy enough in the first half but becomes ridiculously difficult in the second half. The thread on the cap did not match any of the bottles I used. Extension tube for collecting liquid in deeper bottles, well, they're uncomfortably short.
