This is a basic TV mount. My biggest complaint is that it's not very wide and the TV mounts have to fit right into the wall mount from side to side. Ideally the wall mount should be at least 33 inches wide to have the flexibility to reach 2 studs for a secure fit. The TV brackets should then fall into this bracket and be able to slide in the exact position from side to side of the door. However, I'm sure it's an additional cost for materials and shipping, so that's it. Due to the exact spacing between the fasteners, I was only able to attach it to a 2x4 wall stud, so I had to use some heavy-duty drywall anchors to make sure that the old 55" LCD was securely attached. Not the end of the world. And to be honest it's mounted solidly so for the price this very affordable TV wall mount would be hard to beat. I knew in advance that this is a tilt mount only, so I wasn't expecting a large range of motion. It still has plenty of lean left where we need it if we want to lean it further. If you like taking precise measurements and you have access to some strong wall anchors, this is absolutely the way to go.
