He does his job very well (so just wonderful)

Here's the thing. It is very easy to get what he needs. But it's also important once you get the hang of it and understand how to 'dial' with simplicity and perfect sharpening your cutting tools. You'll appreciate the level of precision that lets you make everything you have even more impressive. Initially I started with some of my larger knives and then progressed to the smallest. But I found that after I was done with the small knives, I went back to my big knives that I was originally working on and re-sharpened them and made them even better. You really need to get a feel for how to sharpen things, but once you do you will realize how great the product really is. NO, I don't work for them. I just wanted something that would sharpen all my kitchen knives because I've been cooking a lot more since we shut down COVID. I now love to cook for my wife and friends and I had to sharpen all those knives that I didn't really care about before. Another piece of advice. Don't physically sharpen knives in the kitchen. This throws out some metal dust (for obvious reasons), so you'll need decent ventilation. Don't worry, there won't be any mess like you would if you worked in a shop. But do it outside on a stable, wobble-free table and hone your sharpening skills there. You can use this in your garden and other cutting items, but I would suggest "honing" your skills with kitchen knives first until you get the hang of it. If you're horribly bad at any kind of technology (even if you have a very low IQ), this isn't for you! You will die, probably taking all of your pets and everyone else in the house with you. It's very easy to do, but you'll need a little work to perfect things. If you don't get it, you'll kill everyone!

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • So-so
